Questions people actually ask us.

No padded filler here. These are the real questions prospective clients bring to us, answered plainly. Something else on your mind? Use the contact page and ask directly.

How is this different from a template site?

A template gets your logo dropped onto a layout hundreds of other businesses already use. Every project we build starts from your brand, your customers, and what actually gets them to act. AI helps us move through structure and copy drafts fast, but a designer reviews and rebuilds every part of it around your business before anything ships. Nothing goes live as raw AI output.

How long does a typical build take?

Most website projects launch in days, not months, once we have what we need from you: your brand direction, your content, and answers during review. Automation and chatbot projects vary more depending on scope, since they depend on the systems and content we're connecting to. We'll give you a real timeline once we understand your project, not a generic estimate before we do.

Do you offer ongoing support after launch?

We stay involved after your project goes live rather than treating launch as a handoff and disappearing. What ongoing support looks like depends on the project, so we work that out with you directly rather than promising a fixed package here. Ask us during your project brief and we'll tell you plainly what we can commit to.

What's the difference between your AI chatbot and a generic chatbot?

A chatbot that only repeats a script is worse than no chatbot. Ours are built from your actual content: your docs, your FAQs, your product pages, not a blank template with generic answers filled in. They're reviewed for tone before they ever talk to a customer, and they escalate to a human the moment a conversation needs one instead of guessing.

Do you subcontract or outsource the work?

No. LabCookie is one accountable team with no subcontractors and no fragmented vendor chain. The people who design your project are the same people who build it and run it afterward.

Can I see real examples of what you've built?

Yes. Our work page lists live sites we've shipped for real small businesses, including KARA Hair Salon in Ballard, Seattle and Cloud Electronic in Mill Creek, WA, not mockups.

What if I'm not sure which service I need?

Most clients start with a website even if they came to us thinking about a chatbot or automation. Tell us what you're working with on our contact page and we'll tell you honestly what makes sense first, rather than selling you everything at once.

Still have a question?

Tell us about your business and we'll answer honestly, even if the answer is that we're not the right fit.
